Non-Driveable Vehicles – Steps to Follow After a Collision

If your vehicle becomes non-driveable due to a collision, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the MPI Traffic Accident Report

2. Report the Claim to MPI

• Begin the claim process here: Reporting a Vehicle Collision Claim

3. Arrange a Tow (if MPI cannot be reached)

4. Schedule Vehicle Repairs

• Once MPI has completed their estimate:
  
  • Contact Crown Autobody & Glass to book your repair appointment.
  • Note:
    
    • Non-driveable vehicles may require a review before being accepted.
    • All repair appointments must be scheduled with a Customer Service Representative.
