Do I need an MPI Estimate before bringing my car to Crown Autobody & Glass?
For most types of claims, you do not need to have an MPI Estimate before coming to Crown Autobody & Glass. New rules and regulations passed by Manitoba Public Insurance, Crown Autobody & Glass is among a select few Repair Facilities that can estimate damage and create a claim for your vehicle. To ensure that we will be able to provide an estimate, give us a call first.
What is the Advanced Repair Plan Process?
With the Advanced Repair Plan, our team of expert staff will set you up with an appointment for our certified estimators to bring your vehicle in and do a physical damage analysis by carefully inspecting your vehicle for all damage and repairs needed. Once the estimate is finished, we will book you in for repairs.
What are the advantages of Advanced Repair Planning?
Advanced Repair Planning is a major component in Crown Autobody and Glass lean production body shop. Unlike a traditional body shop, we use a strategic disassembly of a damaged vehicle to confirm a complete damage report during the estimate phase so that nothing gets missed. This enables our shop to have all your vehicle’s parts and or additional repairs determined and authorized before your repair appointment date.

Report your claim to MPI at 204-985-7000 and if your claim is Direct Repair eligible call one of Crown Autobody & Glass three locations and we will take care of the rest!
Can I file my glass claim at Crown Autobody & Glass?
We can file your glass claims for you with MPI. No need to call MPI first! Just come in and we can open your claim in any one of our three locations.
