- Submit Your Crown Priority Intake Form
Book Your Priority Intake” button. Input your contact info, vehicle make, and your MPI claim number. Select your preferred Winnipeg location. Please ensure the claim number and license plate number of the vehicle is provided to ensure appointment priority.
- Lock Your Spot
One of our claims coordinator will reach out within one business day to confirm your slot, verify parts availability with our parts departments, and direct-bill MPI on your behalf.

Are your shops certified to repair my specific vehicle make?
Yes. Our facilities hold OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifications, meaning we are factory-authorized to repair specific vehicle brands to the manufacturer’s exact standards. We are also certified by the majority of major OEM programs, ensuring your vehicle is restored using approved procedures, genuine parts, and proper tooling — preserving your factory warranty.
Do you work with Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI / Autopac)?
Absolutely. As an MPI-accredited repair shop, we can formally assess your vehicle’s damage, provide MPI with an estimate, and work with MPI to process the repair based on the MPI-approved estimate. This means you can skip the line at the MPI Claim Centre, save time, and receive VIP service by bringing your vehicle directly to us.
What should I do immediately after a collision before coming to your shop?
Stay calm and check for injuries. Call 911 if there are any injuries, fire, or public danger. If possible and safe, move vehicles to the side of the road. Document the scene by taking clear photos of the vehicle damage, the accident scene, road conditions, and any injuries.  Then contact MPI to open your claim, and call us — we’ll guide you through every next step.
How quickly do I need to report my claim to MPI?
You should report your claim to MPI as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of the incident. Injury claims may have even stricter deadlines. Failing to report promptly may result in delays or denial. Once you have your claim number, contact us and we’ll schedule your estimate right away.
What types of repairs do your shops perform?
Our three Winnipeg facilities handle a full range of services, including collision repair, frame straightening, auto painting and colour matching, windshield and glass repair/replacement, paintless dent removal, scratch repair, and hail damage restoration. Will OEM (genuine) parts be used on my vehicle?
Yes. As an OEM-certified group, we repair vehicles to OEM standards using only OEM parts whenever possible.  This is especially important for preserving the structural integrity, safety ratings, and manufacturer’s warranty of your vehicle.
How long will my repair take?
Repair timelines vary depending on the extent of damage, parts availability, and whether an MPI Direct Repair claim is involved. Minor repairs such as glass replacement or small dents can often be completed within 24–48 hours. Larger collision repairs may take several days to a couple of weeks. Our team will provide you with a clear timeline estimate upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.
